      Estd 1984. Consciously crafted. Tasting: Mild, nutty, dense center, wrinkled rind. Since 1984: Handcrafted by our dedicated cheesemakers, Bijou is our smallest aged goats’ cheese. Made with goat's milk from family farms in Vermont and Canada, bijou is fresh and delicate when young and becomes softer and more robust as it ages. Certified B Corporation.

      Directions

      Pairing: Gewurz, Belgian ale, dried cherries, roasted hazelnuts. Serving: Enjoy at room temperature.
