      Gruet Winery was founded over 25 years ago on the vision and passion of French winemaker and patriarch, Gilbert Gruet. Today, the winery embraces that legacy by crafting outstanding methode champenoise sparkling wines produced in New Mexico. Blanc de Noirs, French for white of black, is a sparkling wine made primarily from Pinot Noir grapes. Gruet Blanc de Noirs has aromas and flavors of berry and pear, complemented by a rich, round mouth feel.
