      How to Prepare: Stovetop: Saute frozen riced cauliflower in up 1 Tbsp. of olive oil. Cover; steam for about 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen riced cauliflower into a covered microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Microwave heating times may vary. Drain and season to taste. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Cooking times may vary depending on power oi microwave and type container used. To return highest quality and texture, do not overcook.

      Great Ways to Enjoy: Make a cauliflower pizza crust. (recipe at stahlbush.com). Use as a substitute for rice or tabbouli in your favorite recipes. Use as a substitute for mashed potatoes. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add riced cauliflower and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add cream, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

      Keep frozen. Store at or below 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
