      Purely Elizabeth Oatmeal Multipacks with Prebiotic Fiber are an easy breakfast, snack or dessert, at home or on the go. Enjoy as an instant bowl of warm oatmeal or overnight cold oatmeal.

      To cook our gluten free oatmeal, you can either microwave or add hot water.

      Microwave: empty one Purely Elizabeth oatmeal sachet into a microwave safe bowl and add up to 1/2 cup milk or water and stir to combine. Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds and stir again.

      Hot water: empty one Purely Elizabeth oatmeal sachet into a bowl and pour 1/2 cup boiling water or milk and stir to combine. Let it steep covered for 2-4 minutes.

      Overnight oatmeal: pour Purely Elizabeth oatmeal sachet into a sealed jar and mix with 1/2 cup of milk. Add your favorite toppings and flavors and then chill overnight.
