      Our family lives in Sonoma County, California. Amy was born here and Amy’s Kitchen began here. So it’s fitting that we named our latest very special veggie burger after our hometown. Made with organic vegetables, mushrooms and quinoa, an ancient grain (pronounced keen wah), the Sonoma Veggie Burger is free from dairy, free from gluten and free from soy, but full of flavor. You’ll love its delicious taste.

      Ingredients

      Organic Quinoa, Organic Gluten Free Oats*, Organic Walnuts, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Potatoes, Organic Garbanzo Bean Flour, Organic Onions, Sea Salt, Organic Celery, Organic Carrots, Organic Garlic, Organic High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil.

      Directions

      OVENS MAY VARY. Cook from frozen. These veggie burgers are fully prebaked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry.

      STOVETOP Heat in a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout.

      BARBECUE Oil each side lightly before putting on the grill. Heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout.

      CONVENTIONAL OR TOASTER OVEN Preheat oven to 400°F. Place patty on a baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Flip. Bake for 4-5 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

      MICROWAVE OVEN Remove from overwrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for 1 minute. Increase cooking time 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
