      For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degree F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-top directions: 1) Heat 1/3 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add vegetables. 2) Cover; cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Microwave: Microwave Directions: Add vegetables and 2 tablespoons water to a 1-1/2 quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to the chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended)1200; Time on high 6:30 to 7:30; Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave.
