      How to Prepare Them. Keep frozen until ready to use. Use quantity needed, reseal, and return bag to freezer. Do not thaw and refreeze. Refrigerator. Defrost desired portion in the refrigerartion on a plate for approximately 1 hour or until thawed. Blender: Blend’em frozen into your favorite smoothie! Microwave: To Thaw Quickly: Place desired portion in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on defrost cycle or low for 1 minute (Microwave ovens vary, adjust defrost time accordingly. Do not microwave in bag) or until thawed.
